Many may know me from Healthy Meals By Anna, the gluten-free healthy meal delivery service and catering business I founded after a life-changing health journey. Today, I’m expanding my passion for wellness beyond the kitchen and into every area of lifestyle that inspires me.

My love for food and hospitality began at the age of 12, working at my father’s restaurant, The Mai Kai, in North Bergen, New Jersey. That early start blossomed into a 30+ year career, during which I had the honor of working in the kitchens of world-renowned 3- and 4-star chefs in New York City, including Christian Delouvrier and Gray Kunz. I further honed my craft alongside culinary legends such as Chef Gabriel Kreuther (The Modern), and Chef Francois Payard (Payard Patisserie)—experiences that shaped my culinary style and deepened my love for creating food that nourishes both body and soul.

In 2003, I moved from NYC to Philadelphia, met my husband, and welcomed my daughter in 2011 at the age of 43. I stepped away from professional kitchens to focus on motherhood, but life had more lessons in store. After losing my mother and sister-in-law in 2016, I was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease. Through dedication, lifestyle changes, and a gluten-free, anti-inflammatory diet, I was able to manage my symptoms—and this journey inspired the birth of Healthy Meals By Anna, where I shared the healing power of nutritious, flavorful, and accessible meals.
