My current “Philadelphia Fall Capsule”:

  • 2 pairs of real jeans (no “stretch denim” that bags by noon)
  • 1 oversized wool coat (warm and camera-ready)
  • 3 silk-blend tees (wrinkle-resistant, dress up/down)
  • 1 pair of ankle boots that walk and wow
  • 1 scarf in rust (hides stains, adds soul)

Key: Repeat outfits proudly. I wore the same coat + scarf combo 12x last month — and got 3 compliments.

Style isn’t minimalism. It’s intention.
